Back in the 1990s two youths are waiting outside Red Records in Brixton.

YOUTH ONE: Man you heard the new Saints’ single?

YOUTH TWO: Yeah man course I heard it.

YOUTH ONE: Which mix you heard man?

YOUTH TWO: I heard the Wideboys man. It’s happening.

YOUTH ONE: (Incredulous) What? Man you ain’t heard the Wideboys if you thinks it’s happening, ‘cos it ain’t happening man!

YOUTH TWO: Nah, nah, I meant the Neptunes’ mix man. Neptunes’ mix is really happening man.

YOUTH ONE: Man I think you heard the Wideboys and you thought it was cool.

YOUTH TWO: Nah man I never.

YOUTH ONE: You sure man?

YOUTH TWO: I’m sure man, honest to God.

YOUTH ONE: Man you are lying!
